The terms detailed below form the basis of an agreement between you and St.Petersburg 4 You.

Booking conditions

The legal body of the travel agency is IP Alekseev Sergey Mikhailovich, tax code 780625495445.

Our website aims at assisting the user looking for travelling and tourism services in Saint Petersburg and at operating appropriate bookings.
Once the client book services through our website, they accept our present General Sales Conditions
Booking confirmation is sent to the client with file to download and to print from the client account within 2 days following the booking date

Payment policy

Prices are shown in Euros (EUR). Our Tour Prices include most of the time the private guide and tickets (if necessary). Food, beverage, use of bathrooms, and anything else not specifically included in the tour price agreement is not included. We accept payments by bank transfer and paypal.

In case of payment by credit card, the fees will be taken in russian rubles by the currency rate on the payment date. Your bank may take additional charge for this transaction. Please check with your bank in advance.

Deposit

We may need a deposit from you to secure your booking. The amount of deposit varies according to the tour type but in the most of the cases it is 20% of the tour and transportation costs plus full coverage of visa invitation processing fees, visa-free tour tickets fees (for cruise passengers) and entry tickets fees . If full deposit is not received within the designated period of time, your booking may be automatically cancelled.

Refund policy

All notifications of cancellations must be received by email. We will assess the following penalties on the day that your cancellation is received:
If the cancellation notice is received more than 7 days prior the tour date, we will refund all fees except for the actual costs such as visa invitation processing fees, visa-free tour tickets fees (for cruise passengers) and entry tickets fees .
In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior the tour date or no show, 100% of the total invoice will be charged.
No refund, even partial, applies to any client who voluntary discontinues a tour.

Personal items

St.Petersburg4U holds no responsibility for the loss or the theft of personal belongings and luggage and cannot guarantee the return of personal belongings and luggage left in the vehicles or anywhere else during the tour.
