PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

The questions everyone asks first

If yours is not here, ask in the form below.

FIRST VISIT

Which tour suits a first visit?

Take the city tour if you have a few hours. Choose the three-day package if you want the Northern Lights, Teriberka and the Sami village in one programme.

NORTHERN LIGHTS

Can you guarantee the Aurora?

No. We check the season and the forecast before we go, but the sky has the final say.

COMBINATIONS

Can I combine several tours?

Yes. The city tour takes a few hours and combines easily with an evening hunt; tell us what you have in mind and we will fit the pieces together.

STARTING POINT

Where do the tours begin?

In Murmansk. We confirm the exact meeting point with you before the tour.

SEASON

When is the northern lights season?

From late August to early April, when the nights are dark enough. Mid-winter is the darkest but has the harshest weather; September is gentler — dark enough for the lights, mild enough to stand and watch them.
